- In three weeks time, I will increase the amount of push-ups I can do from 11 to 16 or more, by doing push-ups for 2mins, 3days a week for 2 weeks so I can improve my upper body strength.
- In three weeks time, I will increase the amount of curl-ups I can do from 16 to 21 or more, by doing curl-ups for 2mins , 3days a week for 2 weeks so I can improve my abdominal strength.
- In three weeks time, I will decrease my heart rate while doing the 3min step test from 166 to 160 pr less by doing steps 4days a week for 2 weeks so I can decrease my heart rate and increase my lower body strength.
