On September 10, 2013, I completed 13 curl-ups on the Curl-Up test, and on October 2, 2013, I completed 16 curl-ups on the Curl-Up test. On September 10, 2013, I completed 11 push-ups on the Push Up test, and on October 2, 2013, I completed 13 push-ups on the Push-Up test. On September 10, 2013, my heart rate was 270, but on October 2, 2013, my heart rate was 210.
I improved on the Curl-Up test by 3 curl-ups. On the Push-Up test, I improved by 2 push-ups. My heart rate decreased by 60 beats.
On the Curl-Up test, I tried my best and can improve more by doing at least 5 curl-ups 3 days a week for 3 weeks. After trying my best on the Push-Up test, I concluded that i may improve by completing no more than 5 push-ups 3 days a week for 3 weeks. To improve or decrease my Heart Rate, I could practice step-ups for 3 minutes 3 days a week for 3 weeks , even though I tried my best on my performance on the 3 Min Step-Test.
